Great commitment to quality across
every link in the value chain
As partners in MSP we place far greater emphasis on quality then quantity. We are driven by specific qualitative objectives in projects, not by annual sales revenue targets.
What does that mean for our internal processes?
- For us, the careful selection of managers/experts for MSP’s elite pool (we have a fairly manageable pool of just over 300 managers/experts) is a task for our managing partners, not one to be delegated to more junior employees.
- Selecting staff for projects, choosing the right manager/expert for a specific project is also a boardroom issue at MSP. This process is preceded by a thorough review and clear definition of the background, remit, role and the targets to be met.
- We only take on mandates that tally with our experience and skills and those that we believe meet our preconditions for a successful outcome. If there is any doubt, we turn them down.
- One of MSP’s managing partners is responsible for quality management in each specific project. We do not see ourselves merely as a billing agency for interim managers and are actively involved in the projects undertaken by our managers, albeit invisibly in the background in most cases. As a result, we ensure that our mandates are ‘finite’, i.e. there is a clearly defined time schedule with milestones up to the handover point.
